What is the best hair product to keep dreadlocks soft & natural looking?

I have very long thick dreads. I shampoo & condition them once a month some more often "if" needed. But it takes them two to three days to competely dry. I was wondering if there's a product that I could use that would make them look shinner and a bit more softer looking? Currently I'm using African Black Soap Liquid Shampoo\w Shea er &Olive Oil for sheen.
