If he thinks this then why wouldn't he make it more?

My friend w/benefits has told me that I seem like I'm the "perfect woman". He told me that he has feelings for me but that he's not looking for a serious relationship b/c he's got alot going on right now w/his job.(he owns 2 businesses) So he said that he knows we have to be careful.(he has said before that he doesn't want to fall for me too fast) We talk everyday, but we only see each other about once every 2 weeks b/c of our schedules & we live about 45 minutes away from each other.(we're also both single parents) If he thinks I'm a so called "perfect" woman...why wouldn't he want to be serious? I know nobody is perfect, btw. I just don't get why he wouldn't make sure he held onto me if he thinks that about me. Also, this is my first fwb. He knows I don't usually do this sort of thing...& that I wouldn't sleep w/just anybody & neither would he. He tells me he misses me & the other day he said he wishes we could spend more time together. I just don't get it!
