For a long time now i still to this day don't believe in god...?

I'm 19 and a freshman in college in the best liberal art college in the state. I never struggle with anything academically and always was able to hold my own. Now i'm in my second semester doing anything but well. My lab top broke for the second time this semester, i found out the only girl i ever had was playing me with other boys, and at my job which used to be a stress reliever for me. Everyone now claim to hate me and giving me a very hard time. i never have any money to spend because i go to this expensive college. Is this god way of getting back at me for not believing in him or is this just life which i obviously suck at...
