All my Programs and .exes have turned into Word/text doents so i can't open anything o_O?

Anytime you open a machine language program, it will display as text. This is simply referred to as garbage. To open a machine language program you must either use Debug or the language program with which it was created with (most likely C++). Your problem is NOT that everything has gone to text but most LIKELY your opsys has been nailed. The question is does ANYTHING display normally such as your desktop? If it displays, then your opsys is OK. You need to find a program that has a GUI restore.
