I want to dye my hair blonde, but I have dark brown eyebrows.?

So when I was a baby my hair was almost at a black colour, but then when I was around 6 it was a nice blonde colour, and this past year I started dying it dark brown. I want a blonde colour back but I'm afraid it will look silly. I want to go get it professionally dyed because this past Summer my friend dyed it blonde for me and it turned out almost a gold colour. I dyed my hair almost black to escape that colour and now its faded to a light brown colour. Id like to go as blonde as lauren conrad off of the hills, but I'm afraid because of my eye brows.
