Still no display picture, not mine or anyone else, more help!?

i followed all advice to remove version 8 from alga_1, then downloaded fresh version 8.1 from cisco on forums, still no display pictures, can see the smiley face and avatar but no personal pic, just the same as before, HELP! thanx..
