Should I go and meet this woman I met online?

We met at an online personals site. She and I are both s, both over 50, and live within 80 miles of each other. She seems really nice, but I feel like she is already getting into a "relationship" with me. I mean I am not ready to commit to anyone. And she seems to think we aren't going to meet anyone else. Not sure what to do.... she wants to meet at the end of september, half way. I feel uncomfortable with this. What do you think?
