Hormone Replacement therapy question???!!!!!?

Im 26yrs old and just recently had a complete hysterectomy. I was wondering if there was a more natural approach for hrt? I am taking premarin but recently heard some pretty bad stuff about bio-hrt. I want a natural hormone b/c im very scared about getting cancer...it runs in my family. please help!!!!!
