Does anyone know of a tall building with nice view in Manhattan?

I am living in NYC and want to photograph a nice skyline of the city. Can anyone suggest me a place to do so? I know about Empire State Building and all other typical sites, but I don't want to spend too much on this. Ideally I want the cheapest, accessible tall building possible.
