Am i drinkin too much?

im 16 n i think im drinking too much. during the school i would drink friday sat n sunday with my friends. sumtimes thursday. oh n also smoke cigs. dont do drugs. now that its summer ive been drinking every day n smokin alnmost every. n about a third of all the times gettin drunk. rite now im in spain for vacation with my family n i havnt drank n smoked for more than a week.. i feel fine. but i worry im headin down the wrong road. i have great grades n am a good kid but..

Finding things hard.?

I have been split up from partner nearly months. We have 2 kiddies together and were together nearly 10 yrs. I have been finding things very hard but recently been feeling bit betta and going out with friends etc until today. I have 2 see him for kids sake but he looked so nice and i still really fancy him,he saids he loves and fancies me but cant see us working out,he now has new flat and sees kids every other weekend. I find it so much easier if i dont have to see or spk to him but cause of kids i have 2. I have been asked out on a date sat and the bloke is nice but dont know wether to go or not? How can i stop hurting and wanting him? Im trying my hardest to stay away and be as civil as possible but i find arguing with him easier than getting on as i dont want to like him-it hurts to much :( Sorry for the long moan just very confused and finding my head and heart all over the place.
